Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

At AfterRetail, we understand that e-commerce and buying on the internet are not always a perfect experience. We get that you can't touch the fabric or try an item on prior to purchasing. That's why we have a liberal return policy and a money back guarantee.  Here is how it works: 

Returns: If you aren't happy for any reason or no reason at all, please return your purchase to us.  It's very easy.  All we ask is that you return your purchase within 30 days of your purchase, not worn, not altered, not washed or dry-cleaned and with all tags. That's it!

To begin your return, please click here and complete the form. We do not pay for return shipping. Please feel free to return your purchase using your preferred carrier. We strongly suggest that you use tracking to ensure that we receive your return. Our return address is listed at the end of our return instructions.

Exchanges: If your size isn't just right and we have the correct size that you are looking for, just let us know, and we will try our best to make that happen. Our ability to process a exchange/return is case-by-case. Our charge for outbound shipping of your newly selected item will be based upon our shipping rules and policies. Our ability to exchange your purchase will be dependent on our inventory, and because our inventory changes hourly it usually makes most sense to go ahead and purchase your desired exchange piece; of course, you would then return your prior purchase for a refund.

Refunds:  Once we receive your returned purchase, we will move quickly to refund you for your purchase price. Typically, we process refunds within 24 hours of receiving your returned merchandise.
